This machine looks like the usual ATM machine that we use to withdraw money, except that this BPI Deposit Machine is mainly used for depositing money.

How to Deposit Money at the BPI Deposit Machine with CARD
- Insert BPI debit card
- Enter your PIN, then press ENTER
- Select DepositCash on the screen
- Tap Yes or No to print a receipt
- Select the Account where you want to deposit money
- Insert your cash deposit (avoid stapled, folded, crumpled, and mutilated bills)
- Confirm your cash deposit – count, bills, and amount
- Press Deposit to deposit money to BPI account
- Press Add Cash if you want to add more cash
- Press Return to remove/get your cash from the machine
- The receipt will come out if you chose YES to print the receipt in Step 4 – check if correct
- Press Yes or No if you want to do another transaction.
- Get your card.
How to Deposit Money at the BPI Deposit Machine without CARD (Cardless Deposit)
- Tap anywhere on the screen or press ENTER.
- Select DepositCash on the screen
- Select the bank where you want to deposit to – BPI, BPI Family Bank, BPI Direct
- Enter the Account number where you would like to deposit to, then press Confirm.
- Insert your cash deposit (avoid stapled, folded, crumpled, and mutilated bills)
- Confirm your cash deposit – count, bills, and amount
- Press Deposit to deposit money to BPI account
- Press Add Cash if you want to add more cash
- Press Return to remove/get your cash from the machine
- Get your receipt.

With BEA Online, you can set your preferred time-slot and transactions in advance, for a hassle-free and fast branch visit.
How to Set Bank Appointment using BEA Online
You must be registered to BPI online banking to be able to use this BEA Online facility.

Follow these steps to know how BEA Online works and how to set a bank appointment.
- Log in to your BPI Online account.
- Click on Other Services > Branch Services > BPI Express Assist (BEA).
- Set your preferred timeslot.
- Select your transaction/s and key in the details.
- Take note of your queue number before going to your branch appointment!
- Go to your chosen branch at least 30 minutes before your appointment schedule.
- At the branch, wait for your electronic Queue Number to be flashed on the screen.
- Once called, deposit the money over-the-counter.
BEA Online can be used for the following transactions:
- Deposit
- Withdrawal
- Check Encashment
- Bills Payment
More Info about BEA Online
- BEA Online is available even on weekends. It allows you to select the day and time of your appointment at the branch of your choice up to 2 calendar days in advance.
- You are allowed to enter up to a maximum of 5 transactions in BEA Online per appointment.
- Your electronic (E) queue number is valid only on the appointment date and time at the selected branch. If you missed your schedule, you cannot use your E-queue number at another time or date.

BEA Online is available for added convenience, but you may still walk-in to the branch using the regular BEA queuing system.
Scheduling your branch transactions online just makes it easier for you to manage your time better because you are able to reserve your slot and pre-process your transaction before you even come to the branch.
BEA Online is also free of charge. You don’t have to pay for the added convenience that you get through this facility.
